Kaelin Marketing (KaelinWeb.com) and Luckdragon Enterprises (LuckDragon.com) have moved to a new system for managing hosting, domain & website maintenance automatically.

We are looking forward to being able to increase productivity and customer maintenance as the new system will take over billing, billing issues and other tasks that are necessary, but tedious to manage.

Additionally - all support requests of any kind (programming, updates, renewals, design, etc) will be handled through the new interface.  This means for both the client and the company, email communications on these important items will not be "lost in cyberspace" or "eaten by our spamboxes"...they will remain a permanent part of each customers records for reference.

From now on, please direct all website maintenance, programming, updates and domain issues directly to support@kwlds.com

This will automatically open a ticket on our help desk and allow us to manage all tasks more efficiently.

We spent the weekend moving in old invoices as well, and although not complete, we are close.

One of the things the system will do is automatically manage all hosting issues and payments.  We found that we were having a lot of difficulties with quickbooks emails being rejected, and we were having to follow up with phone calls, postal mails, and additional emails because the invoices for hosting were not being received.

Monthly hosting payments are due prior to the beginning of the month for service (like rent) - the system will send your invoice about mid month so that you will be able to make your payment prior to the end of the month.  We will be monitoring the system closely to make sure all is well - if you do not receive an invoice from us about mid month through this first "cycle" please let us know asap as the system will automatically suspend overdue hosting accounts after 3 days.

Be sure to whitelist kwlds.com as well.

Please be sure to pay attention to your domain name expirations as well.  If your domain name expires, you have a little time to renew it before it's put up for sale, there is a $100.00 restoration fee (this is not us, this is the way domain registrars work).

You will be able to login and see your information here:

http://www.kwlds.com/cs - initially you may need to have your password sent to you as the system automatically created random passwords - you can log in and reset it to something else easier for you to remember.

Thank you so much for your business and have a great rest of the summer!
